I purchased this heater for my daugther's new place in Santa Monica California where is very cold this time of year. She was able to use it for a whole two weeks and because she was not planning on return it and lives in a small apartment, discarded the box. What do I do now with a silver and black accesory that you can't even use as an ash tray?

This heater works very well in my mother's room. She is elderly and needed extra warmth...this has done the job and not broken down...it has not increase her heating bill by much either!

product did not work ... temps would not set... very frustrating - sent it back. Since I have purchased the Holmes double tower and it works great! Only con is it's a little nosey but overall we are very please with it.

Worked for about a month then the fan stopped and it shuts itself off.

stopped working after one year Jan 13, 2010
The unit was great...until it stopped working for no reason after only one year. We bought it in late November 2008, and today, after only nighttime winter use in two seasons, it burnt a hole in our floor and the base of the unit and has now totally stopped working. Thank god it didn't catch the whole place on fire. Of course, the warranty just expired. I do NOT recommend purchasing this unit.
